LOL, in 2009, the very famous PRO CENTER JURGEN NIENS/BERTIE CRAUSAZ (the swiss coast guard) lost 8 (yes eight), team members.
Why???? i am really asking myself, maybee gettin' pay for some nuts and working 70 hours per weeks, without working contract, didn't fit with the working minds of these ex-team's members, especially when some things are promised for a long time, and these things are just fictives in the reality !!!!
THINK ABOUT IT !!!! WHY IS THERE 8 PEOPLE WHO LEFT THE TEAM BEFORE THE END OF THE SEASON ????????????
Maybee some people should change thei way t think about what is good to do if you wanna keep your employee......

sorry my mistake, there is no 8 eople who left the station, but 13 !!!! what kind of station is it? The two prouds owners had to do the airport transfers by their own, nobody wants to do it anymore or what .. but why, this is really crazy no? WHY? i really don't understand, might be the peple who became too lazy hahaha...

ReplyDeleteWhat happend out their mate ... I have been in Rhodos already 3 times. Didn't make it this year untforunatly .. I know the team is not payed that much... is really everyone gone? Babis,ceco,... who are their for years already?
ReplyDeletedear anonymous, this year only babis and ceco made out the whole season, but it's not only a question of not beeing well paid, but when some promise are done and then are not respected, as the promise of an official working contract for some people who risk jail if they doesn't have it, and of course don't get it and had to explain to the cords why he wasn't working for the last few month when he is suppose to (for some personnal reason), an over story is that one girl who left because she didn4t get the monney she was suppose to get, they just took her private harness, didn't pay her what she earned, and kicked her out of the surfhouse of course... and you don't believe how many over story there is like this.

i do not accept this after one and a half year working there and investiging myself like nobody else instead of having big health trouble. i pay it back now, enjoy pro center life style ...
